- Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment is received.
- A non-refundable service fee may apply to certain services.
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in airline, hotel, and vendor rates.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Card Payment Security
- Fly626 does not store, process, or transmit cardholder data on its systems.
- All credit and debit card payments are securely processed by a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processor.
- Your card information is handled in accordance with strict security protocols to ensure your protection and compliance with industry standards.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the issuing carrier.
- Hotel reservations and packages may have their own cancellation deadlines. Please review these before booking.
- Service fees charged by Fly626 are non-refundable.
- Hajj & Umrah packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated due to the nature of religious travel and third-party commitments.
- Visa Services
- Fly626 provides visa assistance; however, we do not guarantee visa approval.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation.
- Visa processing times are subject to embassy or consulate timelines.
- Travel Insurance
- Fly626 strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, health emergencies, and lost baggage.
- We can assist with insurance referrals, but the client is ultimately responsible for the decision to obtain coverage.
- Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for verifying all travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination requirements.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and comply with destination country entry and exit regulations.
- Fly626 is not liable for denied boarding, delays, or loss resulting from missing or invalid documents.
- Limitation of Liability
- Fly626 acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these third parties.
- Fly626 is not liable for any losses due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics.
- Modifications and Changes
Fly626 reserves the right to change, update, or revise these terms at any time, on a regular basis or as required should the need arise. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
